William Regal was a very talented wrestler, as his technique was impeccable, and he had an outstanding sense of in-ring psychology. In addition, he always did a good character work. Despite that, he was one of the most underrated wrestlers of his generation and didn't have as great a career as he should have. In fact, Regal recorded just a 45.8 win percentage, which makes it clear that he didn't receive a significant push and lost most of his matches during his career.

9 Shelton Benjamin (45.9%)

Shelton Benjamin is one of the best wrestlers to never win a World Title in WWE, and he was underrated for practically his entire career. Benjamin certainly had some flaws, like his promo skills, but he still deserved better. Shelton Benjamin deserved to win more matches. Over the course of his career, he has 333 wins, 384 losses and eight draws, which means he has a win percentage of 45.9. In singles action, he has a 49.7 win percentage.

8 Carlito (39.7%)

Carlito worked for WWE in the 2000s, and he had several great moments despite not being a top star. Carlito was talented and very entertaining, and that's why he endeared himself to the fans. However, he was an underrated wrestler and deserved better, especially in WWE. In fact, in his career Carlito had a win-loss record of 118-169, which equals a winning percentage of 39.7, and that’s surprisingly low considering he was a popular character during the Ruthless Aggression Era.

7 Claudio Castagnoli (47.3%)

Claudio Castagnoli

Claudio Castagnoli (known in WWE as Cesaro) is definitely one of the most underrated wrestlers of his generation. We are talking about a phenomenal in-ring performer, whose only weakness is his promo skills, but it was the latter that prevented him from becoming a World Champion in WWE.

Believe it or not, his lifetime win percentage is 47.3, and if we take into account only his matches in WWE, his win rate drops to 43.4%. It's a shame that someone so talented didn't get the push he deserved.

6 Paul London (42.6%)

Paul London

Paul London was a cruiserweight wrestler who shined during the WWE Ruthless Aggression Era. He didn't get many opportunities, but every time he got one, he delivered. London was very talented, but because of his size he was never destined to be more than a midcard wrestler. London was underrated during his career and had a surprisingly low win rate (42.6%), the product of 107 wins, 138 losses and six draws. And in singles action his win rate is even worse (32.1%).

5 Candice LeRae (45%)

Candice LeRae is an excellent worker, she is an amazing in-ring performer, she is decent on the mic, and she is charismatic. However, for some reason, she barely gets TV time, which makes her one of the most underrated wrestlers in WWE right now. And she has been underrated for pretty much her entire career, as she has a 45 win percentage. It is such a pity that a woman as talented as LeRae doesn’t get the opportunities she deserves.

This guy has all the tools to be a big star, but for some reason, at the age of 37, his career has been discreet, to say the least, and he has lost 57.3% of his matches, and 65.8% of his singles matches. Fortunately, it seems Triple H wants to change Gable’s career, as he has been on TV on a regular basis, with good booking.

3 Damien Sandow (38.2%)

Damien Sandow- Mr Money in the Bank

Damien Sandow is also an underrated wrestler, as he was one of those talented wrestlers who could have become WWE World Champion, but Vince McMahon just didn't pull the trigger. In his career, he has a 38.2% win percentage, which makes it clear that he has never been dominant.

2 Zelina Vega (33%)

Zelina Vega doesn't get the credit she really deserves, as she is much better than the fans think she is. Vega is a solid in-ring performer, and her mic work is decent, but her biggest problem is that she's not very charismatic and has never had an outstanding gimmick. Her winning percentage is surprisingly low considering her talent, as she has won just 33% of her matches throughout her professional career.

1 Baron Corbin (44.2%)

baron corbin

Baron Corbin could not be missing from this list, as he is one of the most underrated wrestlers today. He had a chance to become World Champion when he held the Money In The Bank briefcase, but he failed his cash-in and his career was derailed, and he hasn't been able to get back on track since. WWE has never known how to book Corbin, and that has made fans hate him, forgetting that he is actually a solid worker in every aspect of professional wrestling.
