There was plenty of running, throwing, catching and agility training for hundreds of high school football players across Michigan on Monday, Aug. 7.
The 2023 season has officially begun as students dug their cleats in the ground for the first day of practice.
MLive reporters and multimedia specialists attended several practices around the state.
The first games begin the week of Aug. 24. As for the finals, the 8-player tournament is on Nov. 18 and the 11-player tournaments are on Nov. 25-26, according to the MHSAA website.
