Inogic launches WhatsApp4Dynamics: the simplest way to integrate WhatsApp with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Inogic, a provider of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, has launched WhatsApp4Dynamics, a new tool that lets businesses automate customer communication and improve customer engagement on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp4Dynamics integrates WhatsApp into D365 CRM to allow businesses to directly connect and interact with their customers on the WhatsApp platform within the familiar environment of Dynamics 365 CRM.

Chargeback Gurus collaborates with Microsoft to complement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection

Chargeback Gurus, a provider of chargeback prevention and revenue recovery solutions, is teaming up with Microsoft and its Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection to power a managed solution and service to reduce the risks of payment transactions.

Dynamic 365 merchants now have full access to Chargeback Gurus fraud prevention solutions to better manage their fraud risks and disputes, according to the companies.

“Microsoft shares our commitment to fraud prevention and revenue recovery, and we are confident this collaboration will help even more merchants approve more quality transactions while stopping fraudulent ones,” said Tim Tynan, CEO of Chargeback Gurus.

Enavate boosts client support for Dynamics GP and Business Central with addition of Microsoft alumni to services teams

Enavate has added 12 Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central support services alumni to its team. Previously, these ERP experts addressed and resolved inquiries related to Dynamics GP and D365BC that were directly submitted to Microsoft.

Combined, these experts have more than 100 years of Dynamics GP and D365BC experience, enabling them to help Enavate better assist its clients, according to the company. Enavate has added nine members to the Dynamics GP advisory service team and three members to the D365 BC delivery team.

MxAPS 4.7 for Business Central: automated production scheduling

Insight Works has launched MxAPS version 4.7, an improved version of its automated production scheduling for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This latest version introduces new features that aim to streamline and further automate the scheduling process, according to the company.
